Fitness For Life Around Grant County's mission is to educate and bring awareness to Grant County residents about physical fitness and healthy lifestyles. FFLAG conducts several events, programs, and initiatives to increase the well-being of the community.

Application Submission Protocol:
To be considered for funding, a representative from eligible organizations must have participated in at least two Fitness For Life Around Grant County events or meetings within the last twelve months (before submission). All applications must be submitted and approved prior to the event/project occurring. All applications must be submitted via email to GetFitGrantCounty@gmail.com by 5:00 pm on the application deadline date. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. All applications will be reviewed by Fitness For Life Around Grant County’s Executive Board for scoring and recommendation to the coalition for approval (see Application Review and Approval Protocol). Applications must indicate how their project or event will advance at least two healthy lifestyle behaviors, such as healthy eating, physical activity/active living, mental health, or tobacco-free environments. Other application eligibility requirements include: Events/projects selected for funding will be asked to have youth participants and/or volunteers, make available education materials provided by the coalition, and acknowledge Fitness for Life Around Grant County on all media and signage.
